STONE
Known for their beauty, durability and incredible variety of colors and patterns, stone products can be fabricated to meet the design and functional requirements for commercial or residential projects. The most popular stone products include granite and engineered quartz.
When choosing granite, clients typically select individual slabs from granite suppliers that Advanced Countertop Design fabricates into finished surfaces. There is an almost limitless selection to choose from, whether you’re looking for a subtle complement to a kitchen or a standout slab with unique mineral inclusions. No two granite countertops are the same.
Quartz is a highly durable manmade stone material. Unlike granite, there are few imperfections and it needs no sealing. Today’s quartz products are available in a wide range of colors and patterns to meet even the most unique design requirements.
LAMINATES
Laminate countertops are made from layers of plastic and paper that are bonded to plywood or particle board forms to create a countertop surface. Laminates provide clients a cost-effective alternative to stone products, while offering a wide range of colors, textures and patterns.
We generally stock the following colors in matte finishes in full form kitchen, vanity, and 36 inch bar widths with no-drip edges.
BUTCHER BLOCK
Butcher block countertops are made from straight cuts of wood glued together into thick slabs.
ACRYLICS
Acrylic solid surfaces resemble stone. The product’s low porosity prevents bacterial buildup, promoting a cleaner more sanitary countertop than other alternatives. They are manufactured from plastic resins that deliver a smooth plastic surface that is reasonably easy to repair.
